Very good

Disliked: My reservation confirmation indicates a total $158 tax included. I was charged $194. I mentioned it to the clerk at checkout and he assured me that I would be refunded within 48 hours, it's been 5 days and I have yet to be refunded.

Just ok as it was...

Liked: Very spacious actually more than we needed.
Disliked: Pet fee listed on line was $15 but was charged $50. Had to change room type to get 2 suites near each other. Could have combined into 1 suites had we known the size. The change resulted in additional charges.

Overall our stay was good....

Liked: We did not eat the breakfast. Went to IHOP.
Disliked: There was an issue with the toilet tank float so we had to make sure the tank was full before we flushed the toilet.

Was a great stay overall...

Liked: It was a very nice experience
Disliked: I was told to pay a certain amount when I arrived but was charged something different. I was very clear when booking so there shouldn't be any discrepancy.
