Just ok - maybe will...

Liked: Location worked for where we had to be for work. Reasonably comfortable and had all the basics.
Disliked: A/c made everything in the room damp. When reno began towards the end of our stay the electricity went out to the tiny TV (get bigger TV’s! You can’t even see them clearly from the beds!!). 1 Staff member could use some mgmt training in customer service. Once we were moved to a room with electricity we realized how damp our room was and that it wasn’t due to all the humidity - so for most of our trip we were stuck in a damp and humid room.

Bad

Large rooms are great with...

Liked: Only thing free was coffee. Love the room sizes, desk area, kitchen, bathroom and bedding.
Disliked: Not enough towels in the room for my stay.No food whatsoever available in the pantry in the morning. Staff said someone has not delivered it yet. Management should think ahead. Act like you are the guest. If you paid for a room and woke up early and found no food to buy, how would you feel? Remember there are dozens of other hotels with free breakfast. That's right. The whole spread for free. As much as I love Candlewood Suites, this has always been their downfall. If you all don't change what you offer, people will stay somewhere else.

Liked: The lady in the reception was very friendly and nice ! The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: Very clean

Exceptional

Good for extended stays, dated.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It looked dated, no breakfast, no water.

Liked: Convenient, price, amenities
Disliked: The curtain was tattered. The dishwasher didn't work.
