We left early because of...

Liked: The location. The ppl. The rooms. The kitchenette.
Disliked: What we didn't like was that the rooms were full of roaches and bugs.

Liked: Close to NRG to attend the event we were in town for
Disliked: No soap in the restroom and a staff member stated shed get housekeeping to bring some up, however we never got any. Shuttle service was not available that day, the driver went home early The AC unit was very loud.. roaches in restroom.

Had a strong illegal substance...

Liked: When the first arrived, the lady up front was amazing. The bed was comfortable
Disliked: The whole 3rd floor smelt like marijuana. The bathroom cabinet doors were missing like they had been ripped off.

We were more comfortable than...

Liked: Great value, very comfortable for a month long stay. Friendly personable staff. Didn’t seem crowded even when full. Had privacy. Free laundry facilities.
Disliked: Had to re-request maid service a couple times . Some of the gym machines were out of order, but most worked well.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable....

Disliked: Our room had a sour smell therefore we had use an air freshener several times a day.

Liked: I did not like anything about this hotel. Will NEVER stay there again.
Disliked: Everything! The location is sketchy. The whole place reeks of fabuloso. In my original room, the air didn't work so had to change rooms. Maids were loud in hall in morning. Light shined in all around the door.

Liked: The location was perfect to the places I needed to go everything was less than 20min travel
Disliked: The first thing we saw was all the homeless people around the hotel. The door to the room was defect you have to push hard to close it and open it. Heater was not working and the shower water comes wasyellow you have to let it run to shower.

Disliked: Our room we reserved we couldn’t get in so they moved us to another room the next to us has been there for 4mo they where up banging on walls sounded like they were moving the room around we were there for hospital visits longs days at hospital and no sleep at night plus there was a odor it just stunk
