Disliked: I was awoken at 8am asking if I wanted to pay additional fee for late check-out. I had already paid for the room until 11 am. The first room they put us in looked out on to a brick wall about 4 feet away. We had to pay additional fee in order to see the sky from our window. Although they are across from the river, it is across a busy road and you are unable to get to the river walk. Although they take dogs, there is no place to walk your dog.

Beds could be softer but...

Liked: Well lit, very clean, nice pillows, dog friendly
Disliked: Beds were too hard

Liked: Clean rooms, nice laundry room, loved the little kitchenettes in the room. Perfect for long term stays. Staff was exceptional, we even had a power outage due to weather and they all handled it amazingly.

Liked: I loved how clean my room and bathroom was. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s actually WAY better than the Hayward Hotel across campus. I also enjoyed the kitchen and living area it had. I will definitely be booking here again! Also, the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like :)
