Great location, good value for...

Liked: Having seen negative reviews I was hesitant about booking this hotel but now I'm glad I did. It was in a perfect location, close to DFW airport, right next to the Hidden Ridge orange line station with a frequent service to the centre of the city and a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was a good size and had everything we needed. Parking on site was free and the laundry facilities were also free. The hotel and room were spotless and showed no signs of any of the issues mentioned in other reviews.
Disliked: Hard to find negatives but the noise from the refrigerator might keep light sleepers awake at night and we could hear the tv in the room next to us. Breakfast isn't provided so you need to either stock up or head out. There aren't shops or restaurants within a short walking distance but you could do what we did and catch the orange line train into the centre of Dallas and avail of the many options there.

Disliked: Didn't honor 2nd confirmed reservation. Parking is not free

Good Location at an affordable...

Liked: We stayed at Sonesta Suites for 10 days. We upgraded from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment. We were glad we did. The apartment was extremely well organized with lots of space to feel comfortable. My husband and I liked the 2 chairs it provided and the oversized office desk. There was also ample room to store one’s luggage. The apartment was clean and the kitchen provided the basic kitchenware one needs to prepare a meal. Sonesta Suites is very strategically located next to the DART train station which provides direct connection to the airport to the west and downtown Dallas to the east. It was very quiet.
Disliked: The WIFI was slow and not secure, as it was a public WIFI.

Liked: Hotel was great, no issues at all.
Disliked: Everything was fine

Liked: Location was good. Rooms were big and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The room smelled pretty bad which definitely made the experience worse

Liked: Check in and out was simple and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was not too comfortable. People staying in close rooms were very loud.
