We stayed one night due to attending a concert at Verizon and then going to the beach the next day. Clean, safe environment, friendly staff - just didn't see alot of people around to ask questions late at night. We would stay here again. Safety and clean were the biggest sellers. There were also a few sub and pizza places very close by with excellent food.

Pros: Very clean, safe, well lit environment.

Cons: Were not sure about who to go to when you wanted to buy snacks. Few people around at night to ask.

The hotel is generally quite and located in a good area. The room size is nice with a stove, cabinet space and midsize refrigerator. Great price for your money.

Pros: Location, room size and comfortable bed.

Cons: Parking spaces.

Cons: The Hotel doesn't have rooms with 2 beds. The hotel doesn't have much restaurant and fast food places. The Hotel is 20-25 minutes from downtown Charlotte. If you are an out-of-towner, rent a car because nothing is close in Charlotte.
