Close to highway to get...
Liked: The room layout was good
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, a last guest washcloth was left in the tub and the walls were very thin. You could not hear the airplanes but you could hear the conversations of those next door and the walking above you

Not a clean facility.
Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: It wasn’t very clean, the bed was itchy, the bathroom was dirty and had a leak. Wasn’t in the room enough to care for it

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room. Love that they are pet friendly and our fur baby was able to join us.
Disliked: Our bathroom toilet did leak water and the fridge was leaking water a little when we first arrived.

The room smelled like strong...
Disliked: Our room smelled like strong mildew, especially the bathroom. They put us in the room next door, and it also smelled like mildew. I asked the clerk if the hotel had been flooded. She said no, but I have a tough time believing that. I asked for a room above the first floor, and she said they were sold out. So, I got a refund and went to another hotel. This was my third visit to an IHG hotel. IHG usually doesn't disappoint, but now I will shop around from now on. I'm not sure how they decide where they put guests, but I booked this nearly two weeks in advance. Is it because I booked it through Booking.com and got a little discount for being an IHG rewards member? If that's the case, thanks for nothing. Furthermore, while certainly friendly, the clerk also offered no apologies whatsoever. How unprofessional as well. Why pretend to be surprised about the smell of the room? Are most guests okay with the smell? Because there's no way the staff and management don't know about it. I guess they either don't care or don't want to correct the problem. Why not? The rooms cost over $100.00 per night, even with a discount. The smell of mildew indicates the presence of some type of mold. It may be a harmless type, but it's still a very unpleasant smell. Plus, even if you can't see them, mold spores could be present, and they can damage the lungs.I often disappoint myself by not paying attention to reviews before booking a room. If I had paid attention to the previous reviews, I would have booked somewhere else to begin with. I was looking for a deal, but I'm aware that you usually get what you pay for when it comes to lodging of any kind.
