Disappointing

Disliked: There was no breakfast . The room we stayed in the carpet was dirty had not been vacuumed the tub had cob webs and spiders in it. For the amount of money spent we will not be back.

A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Liked: ALL OF THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND ALL GREETED YOU WITH A SMILE. OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE, AND ALL THE SHAMPOO, HAND WASH AND CONDITIONERS WERE FULL. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL SAT ALONE, BUT THERE WAS ACCESS TO EAT, SHOP, WALK A TRAIL VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL. GRILLS WERE AVAILABLE IF YOU WANTED TO BBQ. VERY NICE COVERED PLACE TO SIT AND WATCH THE WORLD GO BY
Disliked: THE COFFEE. I REALLY WISH IT WAS BREWED COFFEE AND NOT OUT OF A MACHINE. THERE IS REALLY NOT ANYTHING ELSE YOUR HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL

I won't stay there again.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the location is great.
Disliked: The property is rundown and outdated. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The hotel charged me a pet fee which was not disclosed to me on Booking.com. And then I couldn't leave my dog to go to the wedding I traveled there for because my dog barked a bit when I left. The property seemed well-worn by people who stay there while they're working out of town and seemed more geared toward those tradesmen who were looking for an easy place to stay. It was NOT at all pleasant for us because of the state of the room and the uncleanliness.

Disliked: I booked a king room but they assigned me to a queen. When I brought it to their attention multiple times, they decline to address the matter stating that the error was from booking.com, not them
