The service was great. The front desk staff was pleasant and professional.

Liked: The staff was friend and professional. The room was clean.
Disliked: Room wasn't ready at 4PM.

Liked: Airport shuttle came right away. After we checked in, we were hungry. There are good restaurants walking distance from hotel.

Disliked: It's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel entirely but our hotel smelt like residual cigarette smoke. Also the carpet in the hotel and allover was very dirty/dated.

Disliked: Room I was given had a heater with a broken thermostat, asked for repairs, was told by maintenance “when it gets too hot turn it off:” gee, thanks. Shower had the curtain rod falling off and shower curtain in tatters, shower rod was repaired and shower curtain was replaced (with another one badly worn but replaced nonetheless). Utensils were 1 fork, 1 steak knife, 2 spoons, a pot with lid and a badly damaged frying pan. Had some domestic disturbances but were handled quickly by management.
