Liked: Loved our room! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance to the event we were attending. I will be staying here again in the future

Liked: Was no breakfast, at least we were not told there was a breakfast.
Disliked: I was told the price was $150.00 I was charged $180.00 for the first night. We stayed here because we had to go to the University Hospital. Left the hospital at 5AM, after we had flown in from Las Vegas. We had been up for 25 hours, were exteme;y tired , so asked about staying an extra night. The clerk said no problem. We were charged $219.00 for the second night. When I asked about this I was told it was because they were full. At no time was I told that there would be an increase in the price. We are seniors and this is just not acceptable. Never heard of charging more when the hotel is full. If I had known of the price increase I would have gone to a different hotel. Treat your customers better

Disliked: Expensive, during a hospital stay you are already incurring additional expenses. Hospital rate of 169 is unacceptable
