Disliked: The hotel room and the entire floor were exceedingly cold. Thermostat changes had little effect on warming up the room. I was told that it was cold because it’s an old hotel. I was in room 910.

Perfect location, great relaxing lobby...

Liked: Fantastic location, lovely staff, the lobby is like a huge informal lounge with a long table you can hang out at, get coffee work or hang out. Had an executive king which was really nice. The extra room for a couple of wingback chairs and a table made it feel like a mini lounge. Great view from 11th floor.
Disliked: Lunch menu wasn’t great for vegetarians but there’s so many places in town 5 minutes walk it doesn’t matter. The bar and restaurant are really cosy.

Liked: Staff at front desk was nice. Waiter at the restaurant Tuesday night was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Anywhere. He was that bad. We booked two king delux rooms, but only got one. Was told there was only a room with two queen beds available. It was fine, but no attempt made by staff to make up that failure to honor our reservation. Coffee bar staff was lovely.
Disliked: Rooms are very tired, and didn’t feel especially clean. Paint on wall was chipped. Floor was stained.
