I wish I could say...

Liked: Mr. Patel the Manager and the front desk staff were great which is why I hesitate to answer this review requst at all. We liked them. We didn't like much else.
Disliked: The room was freezing when we arrived. The heater is so old the info on the dials is totally worn off. When staff intervened it became clear the heater has no working thermostat. Stay awake and turn it on or go to sleep and freeze. The shower head, chair etc is similarly ancient. The room is clean but bleak looking. The mattress on our queen beds was "minimal". We chose heat off and freeze but had to return to the office to get extra blankets. The TV stations available were local only. It was OK Nothing about it killed us, we survived it, but for $140 a night, it was disappointing It is long overdue for a remodel. I can't speak for the breakfast. We passed.

Disliked: I have not been allowed to STAY AT YOUR HOTEL in a LONG TIME AND THE IMPERSONATORS YOU LET STAY THERE INSTEAD OF ME HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY TO DO SO AND THEY WILL BE PROSECUTED AND IF YOU CONTINUE TO ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO USE MY IDENTITY TO CHECK IN AND STAY AT YOUR HOTEL YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED WITH ASSISTING WITH CRIMES AGAINST MY CHILDREN AND I

Liked: I DIDNT DIDNT GET TO STAY THEY KICKED ME OUT AND WOULDN’T LET ME AND INSTEAD GAVE MY ROOM TO MY IMPOSTER IDENTITY THEIF WHO STOLE MY INHERITANCE AND ALL MY MONEY AND STUFF AND CONTINUES TO STEAL MY WORK AND INTEL TO KEEP THE LIE ALIVE !
Disliked: I like the owner but the staff has decided to believe the identity theif instead of me who is THE REAL BONNIE AND HAVE MADE IT VERY CLEAR I AM NOT WELCOME THERE EVEN THOUGH IM RENTING THE ROOM WITH MY MONEY THAT THE IMPOSTER STEALS FROM ME LEAVING ME ROOM-LESS AND ON THE STREET WITH MY BABY!

Friendly staff but rooms need...

Liked: The downtown location was great and the staff were very friendly!
Disliked: The room had a very distinct odor, there was dirt on the bed, and a red stain above the door jamb. Definitely not what it looked like on the website.

Disliked: I found a flea on the bed & bugs by the sink. The walls were paper thin & I did not fee safe at all.

Cozy and clean and friendly

Liked: Room 132 was lovely and I stayed alone with my pup and my baby and we had a nice relaxing time and a nice morning unfortunately we weren’t able to stay tonight despite us having a booking :(
Disliked: The owner is amazing and they have the hottest BATH AND BEST continental breakfast COFFEE IN THE CITY!
