Liked: Room.
Disliked: Breakfast was confusing, when the hot free buffet ends and when the pay menu begins.

We ha a great stay and the service was good!
Liked: Location was perfect to attend a concert at the Metro Centre.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a busy spot so there was always a wait for the elevators!

Superb
Liked: I really liked the location and the installation, room was clean. The personal was really helpful specially with a document I needed to print.
Disliked: They forgot to have my crib ready for my baby and I couldn't adjust the room temperature. They need more options on the breakfast.

Cambridge Suites stay
Liked: Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing.
Disliked: Halls were very noisy at night, could hear people in the room below us from presumably a hole in the floor somewhere? It was like they were in the room with us. Parking was very expensive and not guaranteed even if you paid for it due to them admitting that they don't have enough parking for every guest.

Our stay at Cambridge Inn...
Liked: The staff on the Front Desk, in the Dining Room, and in Housekeeping were very welcoming. We had about three outside of the box requests during our stay and each staff member was more than willing to respond to our requests. The breakfast was delicious and of excellent value. We ate in the Dining Room on our first night and it was good quality and excellent value. The hotel is conveniently located when we were attending an event at Scotiabank Centre. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: Not excited about the high cost of parking even though we know that situation occurs at many in-city properties.
