Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: I was not informed that I had to pay for valet parking as a guest, but was not told this prior to booking. For $53.00 a night, there is no way I will see my deposit

Liked: We had a double queen room with sofa bed for 4 persons and we staid 3 nights: it was spacious; the beds were comfortable, The room and the bathroom were clean. There were enough towels. the bedroom was cleaned everyday.The parking was easy to use. There is a Giant store (groceries store) at the corner.
Disliked: The sofa-bed was not comfortable to sleep. The fridge was a little small. We had only 5 tea and coffee pods for 3 days (but a cleaning lady gave me kindly few more tea pods when I met her in the hallway).

Visiting from uk... disappointing

Liked: Victavia in the restaurant was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good.
Disliked: When we arrived the reception staff were not at all welcoming or friendly. Even though there were 6 of us on the booking we only had 4 towels, the sofa bed wasnt made up and there were not pillows for the 2 people using the sofa bed. We asked for pillows and they were promised but didnt arrive and had to ask a 2nd time a few hours later. Only 2 cups and 2 coffee capsules despite there being 6 of us. When going to reception to ask about breakfast the same unfriendly male receptionist, held up a hand pointed to another guest behind me and served them first even though they arrived after me, he was rude. The furniture was a bit tatty and the bathroom floor needed a clean.sofa bed was not at all comfortable. I was not aware that i would have to pay 100 dollar deposit on check in even though i paid for the room up front, was told that it might not go back into my account for several days after checkout.
