Liked: Great value. Great location just off Michigan Avenue and Miracle Mile shopping. Rooms geared nicely for biz traveler with free wifi, generous and well placed outlets for phone and computer charging; well appointed. Lobby bar a nice plus.
Disliked: Very little. Bathroom - a bit small.

Disliked: I dont like the fact that they charge all this money for a hotel their tv dont work at all theres no breakfast bar the bar they did have stayed closed the whole entire time of my visit. I dont think I would stay here again

Liked: Rooms very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and nice.
Disliked: There was an additional $199 resort tax that was not shown in the final price in the Booking app. The heating system was noisy in my room.

Fine Excursion

Liked: Definitely a good place to relax, which was my goal, simply to be in a different environment. The staff essentially stayed out of the way, while being available at the same time, which I enjoyed.
Disliked: The area didn't have a lot of nearby shopping, which I only do on outings like this these days. But how much control do you have over stores?

Very nice!

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. We had a good view of the front of the hotel from our room window. The location was excellent! We were next door to great restaurants and around the corner from prime shopping stores. Almost everything was walking distance.
Disliked: I would have loved a room on a higher floor for better views. The guest service charge was very unnecessary and should've been a opt in/opt out option.

Liked: Being on a low floor and having the ice machine close. The staff were very nice. Raymond was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Frig did not work. Price was too high. Did not like Not having access to Snacks Or Food inside the Hotel.

Book somewhere else, pointless “amenities”

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: You’re not greeted quickly. Stood at the front desk for awhile while staff chatted in the doorway of the office nearby before checking in. We were told we were too early for 1pm check in..at 1pm. Supposedly an added benefit. We were originally charged $40 more than what we booked for but they did correct it. Could hear the water in the pipes non stop. Beds were incredibly hard. Paying $50 extra per night for pointless “amenities” is a scam. If you book through booking.com you don’t get all of the “amenities” but you still are charged the same amount. You can get the same exact deals on Groupon. Never received the restaurant.com e-gift cards because they were “wait listed” and we were told they would be sent to us. It’s been almost a week since our stay so we will see. Ask for an itemized statement of your stay and watch what you’re charged.
