Hidden fees (stay down the...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: There are hidden resort fees of $28.25 per night and they are not even on accurately on booking.com so you think your paying one price and then you get stiffed with a higher bill. It's simply theft in my opinion when hotels do this behind the scenes and you don't even realize until after. Wait for checking in and checking in was terrible also. 10 open computers and only one to two people working.
