Unpleasant stay due to poor...

Disliked: Check in was too long. Lined up for 30mins at noon to do the check in and have to line up again for another 30mins to get the room key after 4pm. They have vacant room but just didn’t want to give you earlier for free. They asked for 35bucks early check in fee if I want to get the key at 1pm…..And I ridiculously found out later when I tried to pick up my room key that the black lady on the counter didn’t even help me check in at noon, which wasted me so much time. They also overcharge me for 15 bucks for nothing. I didn’t see the bill and tried to contact the hotels for many times and never replied. Extremely bad service

Liked: Nice size room, great view, beautiful pool and gardens, location, location, location and Ramsay Pub & Grill
Disliked: Had to reserve buffet and never got in for dinner. Long walk from entrance to elevator but great view!! Too much cigar smoking inside as well as cigarettes. Overpriced water.
