Liked: Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The pillows were not very comfortable. Towels were too small.

Restaurant food was excellent.

Liked: Grounds were well maintained and friendly staff who were accommodating.Ballroom facilities were nice. Could you a refresh though.
Disliked: Stayed here for a wedding 3 nights. Disappointed that rooms did not have fridges or microwaves. Calling the front desk for a small bag of ice to put in a cooler was inconvenient and not a good use of staff time, considering the staffing shortage. Ice machines would be a better option for guests. Thermos cooler leaks all over floor. (safety issue) We have stayed at many other hotels in the Ottawa/Kanata area that were less expensive with better amenities. Lighting in bathroom needs a update- far too dark for applying makeup or shaving. Grounds were well groomed and good location. Hotel is in need of a refresh.
