Liked: You can’t beat the location! Being that close to the beach is vital for our family. We love the option of multiple pools and there is plenty to keep the kids entertained. We also love having a kitchen in the room.
Disliked: These aren’t negatives but something we talked about. The pillows were great but the “comforter” was lacking. You can tell they were old and thin. Adding plush down bedding would be a plus. Also, since housekeeping doesn’t do a full clean having a little broom/dustpan in each room would be nice given all the sand that follows us in. Lastly, I wish every room had a washer/dryer.

Liked: Papa’s buffet breakfast. Excellent service and great food.
Disliked: No cups in our suite for water or coffee.

Disliked: The curtains and 1 of the lamp shades was missing. The room needs a major update I was scared to take my shoes off

Disliked: The location of the room. Corner room with a brick hotel as the view. Ruined my night. 2nd time this has happened

Exceptional

A lot of fun but,...

Liked: All the pools, hot tubs, lazy river and convenience to restaurants
Disliked: Parking - no parking. Had to park 2 blocks away. Don’t like my car that far away. And I don’t like to walk that far at night in dark areas. People that weren’t staying at hotel were parked in all the parking areas and nobody did anything about it. I have stayed at other places that would have cars towed away if they weren’t staying at their hotel. What is the purpose of a parking pass?
