Troy at the front desk...

Liked: Its proximity to Brandywine Wyeth museum and Longwood Gardens was perfect and nice restaurants were in walking distance(literally steps) from the hotel. The building is older but cozy and well-maintained. And the beds were quite comfortable.
Disliked: Really picky point - I wake very early and breakfast started at 8 so making coffee maker in room or in the dining room would be great

I would stay again as...

Liked: This place was close to all the sites we wanted to see
Disliked: They were between Winter and Summer and so still had their steam heat on and no air conditioning at that time

Disliked: Checkin process was more complicated than it had to be! Unnecessary emails and codes to get in the room before we arrived. It is either air conditioning or heat. Their steam system doesn't allow both to be operational at the same time.

Nice Hotel for Older Adults...

Liked: The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was small. The location & parking is good. I would definitely stay there again, but I would consider going out for breakfast.
Disliked: It was not convenient to adjust the temperature in the room. The breakfast was disappointing. The hardboiled eggs had to be peeled. There weren't any napkins, just paper towels. I would recommend some breakfast sandwiches that can be placed in a microwave.

Liked: It was very clean , quaint and quiet. Also close to our family.
Disliked: A little warm due to type of heat . But was able to open window to cool off room.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was adorable. I loved the large window that overlooked a beautiful backyard and the entire room was very cozy. I loved that they had extra blankets in case they were needed and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was great and staff was incredible.
Disliked: The ONLY thing I can possibly suggest is better toilet paper. Everything else surpassed my expectations.
