Good

Would have had a lot...

Liked: The staff was very nice and pleasant. The hotel and casino was not very crowded. The fun center looked pleasant. Room was okay clean as well as the bathroom.
Disliked: The room was pretty small. I was told when booking I would get a mountain view - instead we had a view of the indoor pool which was annoying and noisy, had to keep curtains shut and no natural light. Walls are very thin and could hear people banging things around upstairs and in rooms on either side of us most of the night. Air conditioner was very loud and beds were not comfortable. There were black hairs all over the bedding and some of the towels. One of the elevator pulleys should probably be serviced as it was shaking and scary.

Liked: Good value. Room wasn’t bad. Staff was great
Disliked: The ice machine was broken the vending machine was broken the pool was not open and the room smelled like urine. Housekeeping never came to clean or change anything even though we were there for two nights.

Liked: Location and access to food,gas etc.
Disliked: All the hidden fees added as well as the $100.00 deposit you have to put up and how long it takes to get deposit back into my account.

Absolutely the best time

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: First room 2268 had a foul Oder . Front desk moved us without hesitation. 2270 perfect.

Poor

Disliked: The first room and entire floor Reeked of pot and cigarettes.it was a non smoking room. We Went back to the hotel services asked for a new room and explained why. They did give us a new room. While carrying all of our stuff We walked back across the hotel/casino to the new room only to find out our keys to the new room didn't work. We then had to walk back to guest services the get new keys and just to walk back to the new room. This stay was very disappointing.
