Liked: The staff was very friendly; offered to help although. Nothing was corrected - they appeared friendly and nice.
Disliked: Run down; no restaurant; no bar; casino was just older machines and poor ventilation. We stayed on the smoking floor because my husband smokes but I never expected the room to have no ventilation, even in the bathroom and locked windows that we were not allowed to open! The filter on the heater looked like it had not been changed. The floor was sticky and it was just very unpleasant. Although it was a smoking floor it seemed as if our neighbor who has a connecting door to our room was partaking in something other than cigarettes. The smell came through our door all night long and I could not even open my window to let it out.

Liked: It was quite in the room. No outside noise was ever heard. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was the best, truly made the trip unforgettable. Staff was amazing. A wonderful experience all together. Thanks.
Disliked: The hot tub did have a problem draining when I first arrived. The maintenance man showed up quickly and resolved the issue.

Liked: Conveniently located off Interstate, safe area, good security and quiet.
Disliked: Room was very dusty. 1 electrical outlet did not work, commode handle would hand and it would spontaneously start running water and very little hand soap at laboratory.

Disliked: The head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. I let them know the mattress needed to be turned in our room when we checked out.
