Very nice hotel; clean; modern; close to everything. Would stay again. Customer service was very good!

Fantastic in all areas. I loved my two dinners at the cafe, healthy and great pricing. I did not eat anywhere else in Toronto.

Liked: Thank to all your staff, without each other the jigsaw would be incomplete.

Liked: Very convenient to everything we wanted to do over the weekend or close enough for travel as well. It was clean, well kept and modern.
Disliked: The bathroom was too small and not much sound proofing. Very annoying to the other guest in the room. The doors should be changed to be more secure and private.

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helped whenever they could. Location was good.
Disliked: We booked Bond Place Hotel but were redirected to Pantages Hotel which had no breakfast. There was no information beforehand that Pantage had neither breakfast nor a regular room service nor the requested 2 separate beds.
