Liked: Only hotel in Nanaimo that accepted my debit card. Overall, only positive aspect on this property.
Disliked: Absolutely terrible. Front desk lady is awfully unfriendly and rude, absolutely no customer service! Dirty towels, dirty bedding, sticky flooring! Totally unsafe!!! Staff working throughout the day look terribly unsafe and unhappy.Definitely would not waste your money, or time on this dumpster fire motel.Check out The Spot, or Travelodge. Much better customer service, and much much cleaner!

Liked: The room was comfortable
Disliked: On arrival the woman in reception refused to accept Booking.com's price and wanted to charge us $64 more.People meeting below us talking loudly and with a dog that whined a lot.I had another stay booked here but I have cancelled it.
