Everyone was friendly and our room was ready when we arrived. Cynthia made sure we were checked in and settled in so the boys could attend the concert at the House of Blues. We were treated well and the accommodations were beautiful and clean. We needed to leave later that night and valet service was immediate and he even gave us directions and guided us out into the traffic. I would definitely recommend them and I would stay there again. We were close to shops, restaurants and the House of Blues. Couldn't ask for better.

I had a wonderful time at the Bienville House hotel - it was beautiful and the staff was helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be staying everytime I decide to come to New Orleans.
