Disliked: No hot water had to switch rooms. Key/Pass did not work to exit the parking lot. Maid did not do our room. Thermostat was non-functional in thr room temperature was controlled by hotel.

Liked: The staff and hotel itself is great. Renovations look good. Clean - and folks are accommodating. Everything is serious and pleasant.
Disliked: The problem is their internal heating systems (boilers) are off such that so many of us had serious problems. Staff was great in making accommodations and/or reimbursing - hotel itself looks great - but serious issue re: hot water.
