Liked: everything was good.
Disliked: Breakfast could use some work the only thing the tasted good was the waffles.

Disliked: I paid extra for the spa tub which wasn't usable because the hot water wasn't working and I had to use my personal phone to call the front desk because the room phone was disconnected and I couldn't get anyone to answer until the 5th time I called

Liked: Location was easy to get to, plenty of parking, comfortable rooms decently up to date. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Huge indoor pool for this type of property.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning

Disliked: There was NO hot water in the shower - I told the front desk about this problem on TWO occasions and they did not seem to care - in fact, I got the feeling that they knew about this problem and had absolutely no intent to fix it. Having to take a cold shower is NOT acceptable.
