This would have been fine for a 2 or even 2.5 star hotel. But for 3 it was definitely a disappointment. The pool was simple square and was not pleasing on the eyes. The bed could not have been harder. When we checked in there was no staff and when we tracked someone down they were rude. Work out room had three cardio machines stuck in a very small area, no weights (a complete joke!). The cleaning staff was VERY loud in the morning starting at 8 so good luck if you want to sleep in. The only positive was that the internet speed was fast.

The first room I was in had been trashed the night before according to the janitor by some foreigners (his words not mine). The phone was ripped from the wall and had to be replaced, the sink had to be replaced, paint was on the floor, and there was a horrific odor in the room. I open the curtains to try to open the window and get some air, to my surprise the entire pool area was looking directly in my room because the window "overlooked" the pool area. Also outside the window was some hazardous crate full of bugs so I definitely couldn't open up the unscreened window unless I wanna bugs in the room as well. I complained and was moved to a different room. This room looked to be in a totally different hotel. It was a step above, that is until it started raining and the rain dripped on from the sliding door and roof. The curtains were molded from what looked like repeated incidents of it being rained on. The ceiling started collapsing and falling. At this point it was so late in the evening that we just decided to wait it out till we left early the next morning. The area was ran down and very dirty looking. This hotel was nowhere near 3 stars, it was more on the lines of a Motel 6 on crack.
