It took over a half an hour to check in. One person working the desk when there was 5 people in line; she was very kind and efficient, just too many customers. There seemed to be a lot of noisy activity going on at all hours of the night. Don't stay here if you don't sleep with earplugs or enjoy good coffee in the morning...

Disliked: Continental breakfast coffee was terrible (instant coffee dispensed from machine).

Liked: Location in relation to the concert venue, five blocks to walk to the venue and restaurant choices along the way.

Overall, it was good like...

Liked: It was cozy. It was in a good spot for us.
Disliked: The big cockroaches there was like three in our room. Killed one, more came killed the other, one more came and then I just had to put a towel at under the front door so that prayerfully nothing would crawl in while we slept.
