Disliked: It would have been nice if the hotel was still a hotel. We arrived and were told it was no longer a Best Western. However, the man behind the desk did take us to a different hotel where our reservation was honored.

Under Construction, FILTHY, and Nothing...

Liked: Not really anything except that Anchor Bar Wing Restaurant was right next door! So, we went and had wings to try and make the best of a poorly handled situation by the hotel and their management.
Disliked: The hotel staff lied to us three days before and said there was an emergency situation at the Best Western and needed to move us to La Quinta. They also said there was no airport shuttle at all anymore even though it was advertised when we made the booking. The staff at La Quinta did not have us in their system and the room they had was supposedly the only one available - we were exhausted and had to crash there. The room had no carpet, no queen beds as advertised, no working sprinkler system or fire alarms (not to code), smelled like smoke and animal pee, bathroom was filthy and had hair balls on the floor and the wall paper was stapled on in between dead bugs. We avoided breakfast out of fear from the lack of clean everywhere. I take no joy in writing this review. We did call Booking customer service to try to get some help and are waiting for a response. Everything in the advertisement on Booking was NOT what we got. Next trip to Buffalo town we will avoid any hotel/motel owned by this company because they LIE to the public. Fix your listing it is NOT REAL.
