Great staff but filthy room

Liked: Lube (sp?) Was amazing when we checked in. We booked through booking.com & our reservation wasn't showing up. She spent time on the phone with them trying to resolve the issue. SHE solved the issue. Not booking.com.
Disliked: It was filthy. 👎 the remote had noticeable crust on the keypad. All common areas (doors, switches, handles) that were also noticeably dirty. I wiped it with a washcloth & turned brown/black! There was still crust in the remote.

Disliked: Housekeeping person is a liar. The wife forgot her apple watch there and being apple it can be tracked so we could visually see it moving from place to place at the facility and they still claimed they never seen it
