Liked: No! Biggest mistake of our trip was choosing this motel, it was horrible. Lots of homeless people, poor staff, did not receive the room we reserved; did not feel safe; almost drove back home and after all this was charged almost $2000; we should have been paid to stay in dangerous conditions; also, the fire alarm in our room was broken and they never came to fix it.
Disliked: Everything.

Liked: Good facilities. Clean.
Disliked: Our room was in a weird position so no natural light but only stayed the one night.

Disliked: Bed was to hard. But we still slept.

It was okay.

Liked: It was close to the river and the train museum, which were planned parts of my visit.
Disliked: The traffic, but that isn't the hotel's resposibility.

Disappointing

Liked: staff were friendly and helpful. Room (a bit tired) and breakfast were ok for the price point. Mexican on site was good. 
Disliked: pictures on the website were more than a bit flattering. It is 1.1 miles from downtown along a river bank occupied by a number of homeless/drugged up folks. You can only walk this in daylight. It’s sad but the same vagrants are able access the grounds of the hotel and sit about, rummage through bins etc at night. The car park/walkways dirty. There needs to be security and/or closure of gates to manage this. It’s not safe.Fair bit of noise (road nearby)and early start up of vehicles..

Liked: Liked the location. Loved the breakfast and staff.
Disliked: Bed for me was very hard and uncomfortable . I thought maid should have come to make up bed and give fresh towels but they didn't.

Liked: Morning staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great.
Disliked: We stayed in room 101. It was next to the stairs. Very very noisy with people going up and dish the stairs till 3 -am. The AC was very noisy. There wa no towel to place next to the bathtub. The bathtub felt like it was not solid. The bathtub floor moved when you stepped in.

OK, but could have been...

Liked: Decent area for sleeping and getting to venues in downtown Sacramento.
Disliked: Patio was horrible. Not clean, not weeded, not worth the extra price.
