Would stay again based on...

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, food quality was good. Location excellent, right off Hwy 400.
Disliked: I booked a 3 night stay not realizing we would not be getting housekeeping. There was a note slipped in with the key card saying only “light” (towel replacement, coffee replenished and garbage emptied) housecleaning until after third night. No one did any of this until we had to ask for new towels one evening. Not reason enough to NOT return for another stay, I just wish we had known before booking

Disliked: Dirty washcloth in our room , called the front desk they had to come remove it . We asked for a late check out it was confirmed and housekeep walked into our 3 times and knocked 2 others . They walked right into room asking us when we were leaving even though we had a late check out ! Very unprofessional !

Liked: Very nice spacious rooms and well cleaned
Disliked: We had problem with heating. We had suite with two separate bedrooms. Heating worked only in main bedroom which made the other rather cold and uncomfortable. Also I could not get sophisticated keuring coffee machine to produce any coffee. Less automation less problems. Simple old fashioned filter coffee makers always worked.
