Liked: Everyone was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and the facility was clean. The only issue was a small leak coming through the ceiling of my room, which was quickly checked and I was offered a new room.

Liked: Two waffle makers in breakfast room.
Disliked: Check-in staff wasn't very welcoming.

Liked: The rooms were comfy, the breakfast was great, and the lady who works in the morning is always lovely!
Disliked: I stay here every year and this year was noticeably more expensive than the last few for the same nights and room, but it’s understandable.

Disliked: When we tried to check in at 3:00 we were told the room wasn’t ready because they had a large group the night before. They told us to go and get something to eat and come back in an hour. After 2 1/2 hours, we were FINALLY able to get to our room.

Liked: Nicole the manager was amazing and really went above and beyond to help me with the reservation issue. The rest of the staff are also very friendly too.
Disliked: Please at the drink dispenser, have a sign to not put any personal bottle directly underneath the drink dispenser as it is not hygenic.
