Great staff; comfortable stay. Five stars.

The workers were great. The room, even though a bit small, had two very comfortable beds. We had a totally lovely time and will be back.

Liked: Good and professional assistance at the desk both when we checked in and out. Wallace was extremely helpful with our luggage, as well as what to do around Chicago. He seemed to be a 'jack of all trades' and there was much we did because of him. Thanks, Wallace.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: The room needed to have a refrigerator and a microwave - they shouldn't just have them in the suite rooms.

Everyone was so helpful in helping us have a great time while in Chicago. The front desk staff was very informative and polite. A big shout out to Wallace! He was so much help in telling us the best and cheapest way to travel around to see all the sights. Great bunch of people. Great hotel. Thanks everyone!

We had a nice time. Room was clean; staff was super helpful; free parking; free wifi; hotel was conveniently located in walking distances of many delicious restaurants.

Liked: We needed a cab, they called for us.
Disliked: Taxes are super high! My $160 room ended up in the low $200s :( Wish the site had said how high taxes and added fees were.
