Liked: The location is ideal for walking to downtown shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The property is dated, the room we stayed in had a small bathroom (door sits right by the toilet), and there was no shelf to place or store items in the closet.

Disliked: My parking area wasn’t the greatest with a large truck. I was unable to park right next to my room because the parking spot required to parallel park and my vehicle was just too long to fit.

Disliked: Price of the room was not up to the standard of the room. Extremely pricy for an average room to sleep. Breakfast staff were cleaning up before breakfast time was even complete. We were part of a large group and the breakfast staff was not pleasant at all. Our window in the room we were assigned was open and apparently had been open since the previous guest.

Disliked: The floors were sticky from the mop water not being rinsed completely. The bed was too soft. The big chair in the room took up too much space.

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location to attend a wedding, but that's about all I can say I liked about the place.
Disliked: The room was okay, but very underwhelming for the price I paid. There wasn't even a soap dish at the vanity to put the bar of soap on after washing my hands. There were items left in the bathroom from possibly a prior guest which made me feel the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The furniture and fixtures were very dated.

Disliked: I requested to have a room next to the pictures veranda. I received a message from the Best Western staff and they said they were happy to make the accommodations. On arrival date: we did not get a room by the veranda when I asked about it. The front desk person was super rude: stating that Best Western would not make any accomodations for me or my stay because I booked through booking.com. He then mocked me and said it was my problem for believing the advertised pictures of the property because they are never a true representation of the actual hotels. It was ludicrous! The pool was also locked down. It was not worth the 500$ that was spent for the stay! So disappointing to be treated with literal no customer service at all!! The staff is in the wrong industry.

An acceptable place to stay...

Liked: The room was clean and smelled clean as well. The TV was top-quality. There was a pool, however, staying in March made it too cold to enjoy. The free breakfast was a bonus. The location was very suitable to our needs. The staff was great!
Disliked: The value for the money isn't appropriately priced. I would suggest charging half what we paid. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and needed updating. I suggest: Add a fitness center; 2. Updated carpeting, updated furniture, updated window treatments, and updated bathroom.
