Disliked: My husband can barely walk they put us in last room didn’t tell us there was another door at side end we were on. They had no access for handicapped.

Liked: Staff was nice & the breakfast was good!
Disliked: The pull out couch had urine & blood stains on it. So my daughter slept with me.

Liked: The rooms are large and very nice. I recently stayed in a higher end hotel that was $60 more a night and there was no refrigerator, microwave or even a do not disturb sign. I was very pleased with my stay at Best Western.
Disliked: The only negative thing I have would be that the indoor pool was very cold but that didnt stop the kids from having a great time.
