See above. 2 star at best, hot breakfast was make it yourself oatmeal, white toast, make it yourself waffle with Aunt Jemima! 4 star? NOT.Worst pillows. EVER! Bedding also at a 2star level.Please do not book this as a 3, 31/2, or 4 star. I am not happy with your service this time. There are other hotels closer to the airport which are 31/2 to 4stars.

We were staying at this hotel because we were attending a weekend event at the Hershey Center. The arena is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel and the route is direct and easy. All staff were great--from front desk to housekeeping. We were greeted in a friendly way and the staff were efficient and thoughtful. I recommend this hotel without hesitation. There's a Country Style coffee shop next door and it has great coffee! Hotel is immaculate and quiet.
