Liked: Very nice and clean except for the bed bug.
Disliked: Bed bug in one of the rooms. Very high deposit, 200 dollars for 2 rooms.

Nice stay in The Woodlands

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: Creaky floor boards. Lots of noise from people walking in room above us. Not much of a fitness center

It could be better

Liked: Comfortable bed. Clean. Secure area.
Disliked: Front desk and ALL signage in the hotel said checkout was at noon. Turns out booking.com wasn't wrong... Checkout is at 11. Staff kicked me out of my room promptly at 11:20.Hot water didn't last more than 4min. OK for a solo traveler for one night, probably not doable for a family (forgot to bring this up to staff because I needed to vacate the building). Tub nozzle also weirdly difficult to turn for an able bodied adult.No coffee available after breakfast ends.
