Liked: The room was very spacious, with microwave, fridge, and drinks sink. Also a fireplace/heater. Very comfy bed and pillows. Right next to the theater grounds, and they let us keep our car on their lot while we went to the play after we checked out.

Disliked: I had multiple problems with this property. I booked this property having high hopes as it was a four-star location. Although when I first went in we were already having problems. When we first got in the machine wasn’t reading our credit card and it ended up freezing and having to be transferred over to an entirely different machine with a different person who didn’t know or understand that had a service dog and didn’t need to pay a pet fee. Despite the other staff member telling her that we didn’t need to pay a fee. Once that was settled, we went up to our room and tried to get into our room. We tried the key repeatedly and it wouldn’t open. Finally after about two minutes of trying it opened. When I first went in, I noticed that the bed was very large, and the room was very nice. Although when I went into the bathroom, I expected it to be spotless, and there was hair found in the bathtub from previous clients. There also was not a microwave in the room despite paying $180 for my room for one night. I was very upset about this as we left to go check out the pool the key continued to not work. We had to have our key replaced a total of five times before we finally got a key that worked. I am extremely disappointed with our stay here and will not be returning
