Enjoyed My Stay

Liked: Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They cleaned our room daily and gave us clean towels. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Pool was nice and clean. Great location.
Disliked: The loud music from the clubs nearby, but I had earplugs and it wasn't a problem.

Pleasant

Liked: Easy to walk to old town
Disliked: $10.00 parking fee. Room smelled a little funky and was really dark.

Noisy location

Liked: Breakfast was good but the seating was cramped
Disliked: The bathroom had no electrical outlets near the mirrors

Location is great, fairly clean...

Liked: Looks very clean from outside. The breakfast included was surprisingly good. The kitchen staff was excellent and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable. The rooms are starting to show wear. Hole in the side of the mattress. Fridge cabinet door hanging down and not closing. Missing grout in the shower floor. Black scratches in the toilet bowl. The bathroom door is a louvered door not only can anyone else in the room hear everything in the bathroom like there is no door, the draft of air coming in while you shower makes what ever part your body not touching the water cold, especially since the shower has no door or curtain it’s just one piece of glass on the shower head side. But by far the beds are due to be replaced! It was like sleeping on springs.

Beyond our expectations!

Liked: COMPLIMENTARY breakfast was great, and so were the people serving it. "Best Western" might conjure up a budget average place, but this was really quite pretty, clean and convenient-- better than we expected! Entire staff was nice, too. Great for walking to Scottsdale restaurants.

God room and location but...

Liked: Friendly breakfast staff.
Disliked: The late night noise from across the road.
