Based on my hotel experiences the room was average based on the cost. Upon check in we did not have hand towels. The housekeeper promised to bring hand towels. When we returned to the room the hand towels were not provided as promised. I had to go to the front desk at 11 pm to get hand towels.

Liked: The room was available and cleaned one hour early.
Disliked: We did not receive hand towels at check in.

Liked: we arrived in town early and the front desk person went above and beyond for us to check in early and including her helping the house keeper get a room ready for us

Liked: The location was excellent and that's basically what you're paying for.
Disliked: The room was small and had some minor maintenance issues. The room wasn't ready at check-in time and the hotel clerk wasn't very friendly.
