Very unhappy about my stay.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The bathroom was filthy. There was a huge puddle of dry urine around the toilet, hair on the sink, hair in the bath tub; partially hanging in/out of the drain. Under the sink there was what appeared to be mold or a nest of spiders. I spoke of my concerns to the front desk. The lady came to the room with a rag and cleaner, no gloves, and asked me what wasnt clean. She wiped the front of the toilet and wiped the tub on the outside, but the puddle of dried urine was still there, as well as the toilet around the back still remained untouched. She didnt even put on gloves I then had to be inconvenienced and spend money on bleach bathroom cleaner because I just wasnt satisfied and my children still needed to get showers. I shouldnt have to clean a room that I had to pay for, I would have expected my room to be clean. Im going to reach out to the better business bureau and also contact corporate. This was unacceptable.

The pool in a workout area was really nice. Great breakfast.

Liked: All the beds were great for kids free breakfast

I would recommend

Liked: The rooms were nice, clean, and accommodating. The staff was really nice and very friendly. They were glad to help. Price was good for a 1 night stay of 8 people.
Disliked: The elevator needed to be vacuumed out the whole time we were there.
