Overall, it was a great...

Liked: The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful! Ricky was exceptional and went above and beyond and he intentionally went out of his way to talk to us and make sure we were happy with our stay. He was very kind and will be part of our memories for sure!
Disliked: There were mice (in both of our rooms). Although it looked mostly clean, seeing mice led us to feel like everything was a little unsanitary including the restaurant. A mouse in a hotel would not be acceptable where we are from although it sounds like it may be expected in Vancouver.

Liked: Great location . Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Very warm room because of hot water pipes nearby. It is peculiar to have to use aircon the whole night mid-April

Relaxing and perfect

Liked: The location is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Vince and Colorado are always friendly and kind and an asset to the hotel staff. The housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful too. The room was very clean an nice.

My stay there was terrible...

Liked: Nothing except the location the hotel at south is not what it looks like in the pictures. It’s rundown on the outside very disappointing.
Disliked: The staff, especially the manager was very ignorant and rude. The first room we were in the shower would not drain. It was plugged. Had to wait for a half an hour for it to drain to finish our shower, which made us late for our supper. Reservations moved us to another room. It wasn’t any better.
