Disliked: We were there for 8 days and I could never get ahold of customer service for clean towels and toilet paper. We ended up buy our own toilet paper. One of the doors glass was broke out and pieces of glass was on the carpet and never cleaned up properly. Could of been more cleaner.

Overall I liked the hotel...

Liked: It was close to town and it was comfortable
Disliked: The gym wasn’t opened and the pool wasn’t opened also the bathroom light made a horrible sound

This hotel needs a major...

Liked: It was right at the edge of town, so it was easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the village.
Disliked: The room was in disrepair, the furniture was dirty, the shower water never got hot, and the continental breakfast was disappointing.

Loved the location and town.

Liked: Location was good. It needs to say continental breakfast we were looking for a breakfast. The halls were well lit which made me feel safe.
Disliked: I thought I requested a handicapped room but got a regular room. My wife couldn't get her leg over the tub as she has bad knees and back. The staff went out of their way to fix the problem on day 2. Then that room was flooded by the upper room leaving the water on in the hot tub and it ran over. Had to sleep in that room 1 night and then was moved to another handicapped room. The rest of my stay was uneventful.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Outdated and worn out accommodations. Toilet constantly ran. When flushed the entire wall vibrates and the pipes made awful sounds. Bathroom fan didn’t have a cover and you could see into ceiling. Bath mat was so old and permanently attached to tub. Extra door lock/jam mechanism was broken.
