Avoid at all costs

Disliked: The room was dirty and had an unknown sticky substance on the bathroom floor and counters. They left the room keys from the previous visitors on the tv console. The windows could not be locked and there was no protective mesh if you wanted them open. The headboard also had some sticky residue on it. After we checked out, they called me saying they had a reservation for an additional night - which was incorrect as I only stayed for one night. Overall, it had to have been one the worst hotels I stayed in for a very long time.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Having wine available for purchase was good. Good location. Security was good.
Disliked: We had a cockroach in our room. They put us right across from the ice and vending machines - noisy. Pool was cold.

Met our expectations.

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located for our purposes, just off the freeway, with a drug store, grocery store, and fast food options nearby as well as a restaurant next door. Breakfast exceeds expectations.
Disliked: The property is in need of a refresh, with visible wear on carpets and furnishings. The espresso coffee machine in the breakfast room was out of service throughout or stay. Bed pillows are oddly small.

Liked: Location right off the freeway and not far from the casino.
Disliked: No comment bc nothing to dislike.

Liked: Easy to find.
Disliked: Afternoon check in staff wasnt very friendly or helpful. There is no elevator to get to upstairs room. Room faced very busy and loud street. Room has a big empty sitting area with no furniture to sit on. Hot tub jets didnt work

Disliked: We were told we could book the fireplace king room but when we got there it was changed to no fireplace because only certain rooms are availWhen you have a small dog . I told them we had a dog ahead of time but the clerk said you guys and the main number don’t know which rooms are dog friendly
