Liked: Location is excellent, very clean, beautiful room, good shower, good quality bedding. The breakfast was very good!
Disliked: There was a fan in the bathroom that never went off. The sound of this fan was so annoying especially during the night

We'd like to come again...

Liked: Good standard breakfast. Could have included extra fruit. Also offer alternatives such as cereal or porridge.
Disliked: It should have been obvious, upon check-in, that we both had some physical challenges but we were not offered an appropriate room (we did not know of such rooms?.However, our room was quite comfortable except for challenges with bed, toilet and shower.

Liked: Bath tub and smart big tv, also nice clean, up to date rooms. Loved no carpet in the room
Disliked: No room service to the room. Had to go get food

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable

Liked: The complimentary breakfast was great (both mornings). The pool was lovely. The hot tub was down a couple times when we went to use it, but the pool and steam room were nice. The changerooms were also clean. The room was great, large, and clean. The check in was nice - the person behind the counter was polite and helpful. Lots of food options around.
