$140 for 3 bad hours...

Liked: The fire alarm went at 4;50 am and we left. water sprinklers on in stairwell. did not get to have breakfast.
Disliked: The emergency exits are not lit up in an emergency. was impossible to find the fire exit door we even went down a complete wrong hallway in what could have been a fire. my mom has bad knees and we had to go down from 3rd floor in the pouring stairwell at 5 am. once downstairs the front desk staff was hiding from all guests. She had also checked us into a room where a man was asleep at 1 am. she also re keyed the same occupied room key again so we scared him twice at 1 am trying to check in, he also mention he had concerns at check in as well earlier. I will not be adding pics because your site will remove/flag them. they involve flooded stairwells and flashing lights in hallways/firetrucks literally. expecting a refund.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The location was great too!

Liked: the staff was very helpful, I booked on booking.com and ended up booking 2 different nights, they made it really easy to check out and back in the next morning. They had the paperwork waiting for me to sign and initial and ensured I stayed in the same room for the 2 nights I booked. They were also very professional and courteous in general.
Disliked: the fans were not functioning in the fitness room so it felt stuffy in there because there was nothing to circulate the air in the small room. Also, the pillows were not very comfortable.
