When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until 3:00 but the reservation said check-in was 1:00 p.m.

Liked: The room had a microwave and small fridge. It was close to SPAC.
Disliked: The pool was filthy and our room had ants all over the floor and under the bed.

Liked: This hotel was clean, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was a great size, breakfast was amazing and it was very close to everything. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The breakfast was good, and was freshly painted so it looked nice
Disliked: There was no shower curtain, no pullout couch like it stated when booked, I even paid to upgrade my room and seemed more like a downgrade, no streaming service on TV like it stated and could not download any on tv or connect phone to tv only local cable... cealings creaked bad when people were walking above you... and Noone came to change towels and grab the garbage bags... bar had absolutely no alcohol except one beer on tap... staff was very nice though

Liked: Room was clean, fresh, well maintained. Good breakfast offered. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom door needed adjustment. Had to push hard to close it. Room fridge was set too cold and couldn't find the control to adjust it.
