Not as relaxing as expected

Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: Loose fixtures in bathroom. Noisy plumbing and road noise from outside. Could not relax.

Liked: The amazing manager who allowed us to get into our room early as we had taken the midnight flight and were exhausted!! HERO HERO HERO!!! Also, BEST breakfast ever!! THANK YOU!!!
Disliked: Silly, but when I opened the blind in our room, the view was marred by trash on the ground and an uncleared large tree branch on the ground. Nothing huge, but it would've been nice to see clean grass and trees!

NOT the Best

Liked: The room was clean and bed, comfortable.
Disliked: Property needs updating:-Corridors were dirty, latches need repairs or updating - I asked for a room change-Hallway doors kept slamming.-There was no place to charge a phone or tablet with a USB except by plugging into the one computer in the lobby. The only option in the room was to use a block/brick and plug into an outlet. These days, lamps or clocks are available with ports.-The coffee machine in the breakfast room was either dirty or running low in coffee as it poured what looked like dirty rain water.- There are no snacks or vending machines on the property if you're hungry (Nor even water in the room). The only option I had was a bottle of water and some chips from the employee-stash behind the counter that the gentleman was kind enough to offer.- Lastly, the staff didn't seem too knowledgeable about transportation or locations. It was a truly disappointing experience.

Liked: Beds are pretty comfy
Disliked: Hotel is kind of in a sketchy area and this last time there were 5 cop cars there looking for 3 people that apparently checked into the hotel. Made me cery nervous about staying there for the night.

Disliked: Raised floor boards!The wood around the bathroom door busted as if it was pride open with a crowbar!! Bathroom overhead light heat lamp replaced with regular bulb no heat! Picture frames with damaged wood frame! Broken entry light! tv remote didn't work

Exceptional

Nothing spectacular, but good enough...

Liked: Great shower and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Cold floor, prefer carpet. Like to walk around barefoot.
